Ekkehard the Apothecary
Epic Merchant also in the gacha
He sells dear medicine and cheap truth. He apprenticed at the Laboratory before it was Forgotten, and is the only man alive who knows which door not to open.
How to get
Defeat the boss of the Forgotten Lab. Ekkehard wants the ledger back; the rest can burn.

The gacha hands this companion over sooner — the free path still stands, and it is the same for everyone.
